Turkey Visa Terms and Conditions
Famous Global Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain) (hereinafter referred to as the “United Arab Emirates”).
The Company collects passport information, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, internal company position and department information, and, where applicable, airline and hotel information of individuals utilizing its services to fulfill the provided services.
The Company does not process personal data beyond the cases mentioned above.
The Company collects the information on your passport to apply for a visa and enters this information into the authorized diplomatic representation system for Famous Global Group Tourism Ltd. on behalf of the United Arab Emirates government. This diplomatic representative reviews your information. The Company does not share this personal information with any entity or individual other than Famous Global Group Tourism Ltd.
I have read the Information Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data provided by the Company. I consent to the processing of my personal data by Famous Global Group Tourism Ltd. for the purposes of the services provided by the Company. I also consent to the sharing of my data with entities such as hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and consulates located domestically or abroad, when necessary for the service.
The fee for a UAE visa application, once approved after document review and payment, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The Company shall not be held liable for passengers who are unable to travel due to reasons beyond its control, such as denial of boarding, offloading, flight cancellations, delays, or other circumstances. The Company is also not responsible for date changes related to travel plans.
The decision to issue or deny a visa rests solely with the UAE Government/DNRD. The decision is final. No correspondence will be conducted in case of rejection, and the visa fee will not be refunded, nor will reasons for rejection be provided. Applications made while the applicant holds a valid UAE visa or applications made through multiple channels will be rejected. The Company cannot verify previous applications due to GDPR constraints, and any duplicate applications or those submitted while holding a valid visa are the responsibility of the applicant. The Company is not liable for any delays, restrictions, or obstructions in visa application processing caused by the UAE Government/DNRD.
Issuance or approval of a visa does not grant the applicant/passenger the right to enter the UAE. Entry to the UAE is at the sole discretion of UAE airport immigration officers, who act as representatives of the UAE Government/DNRD. If a visa or entry is denied by the UAE Government/DNRD, the Company will not be held liable.
The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays in visa processing or issuance.
The visa is subject to UAE Government/DNRD rules and regulations, as amended from time to time, and must be utilized within its validity period.
The UAE visa is an e-visa issued to a valid passport. The passenger must travel with the same passport used for the visa application.
Applicants are responsible for verifying their visa approval details. If no system errors are reported within 8 hours of receiving the approval email, the details on the visa approval will be deemed accurate. The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe.
VIP Express Service: This service prioritizes visa applications. The Company does not guarantee a specific processing timeframe for applications, as it depends on the approval of the UAE Government/DNRD. The applicant acknowledges that VIP Express Service timelines are contingent upon UAE Government/DNRD approval and accepts that the Company is not liable for rejection or delays in visa processing.
I understand these terms and conditions and declare that I am an individual, not a professional or commercial entity, and that all the information I have provided is accurate and complete. I am aware that any false declarations may lead to the rejection of my visa application or the cancellation of an issued visa and may subject me to legal action under UAE law. If granted a visa, I commit to leaving the UAE before its expiration. Failure to do so will result in a misuse penalty ($1,500) and daily fines, which I agree to pay. I also agree to provide additional documents if requested by the reviewing officer or pay a refundable $1,500 deposit to the Company, which will be refunded upon proper use and return of the visa.
